Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 250 ml of whipped cream

  • 250 ml espresso
  • cocoa powder

Steps:

  1. Beat mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, sugar and almonds until smooth. 
  2. Make an espresso and let cool.
  3. Take a baking pan and cover the bottom with a layer of stroopwafels. 
  4. Pour coffee over the stroopwafels to moisten them.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone cheese mixture over the stroopwafels. 
  6. Cover the mascarpone mixture with another layer of stroopwafels and pour the coffee back in.
  7. Then spread the second layer of stroopwafels with the remaining mascarpone mixture. 
  8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Remove the tiramisu from the refrigerator and sprinkle with cocoa powder. 
  10. Serve and enjoy!
